Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

At Morum, we take a data-minimization approach to privacy. We design our platform to collect as little information as possible to deliver highly accurate behavioral insights.

Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users and improve our website experience.

Employer Brands & Clients

When you create an account to use the Morum platform, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Company/organization name
  • Corporate email address
  • Account password

Candidates & Assessment Takers

We collect ZERO Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from candidates.

Candidates take the assessment anonymously by entering a temporary access code provided by the employer. We do not ask candidates for their name, email, phone number, or any other identifying data. We record assessment answers under the anonymous code. The employer maintains the lookup mapping (matching the code to the candidate name) outside of our systems.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share information only with service providers required to operate our core product.

Service Providers

We work with trusted service providers who help us run our application and website infrastructure:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and storage services
  • Resend: Email delivery services for notifications and candidate reports
  • Hosting/CDN Providers: Vercel for website performance and content delivery
